Where do you hold demonstrations and consultations?
Demonstrations are normally held in a group setting at retail stores that specialize in scrapbooking materials, someone's home, or anywhere where a group demonstration is requested.  Consultations are held when we pick up the items to be processed.  This may or may not be combined with a Demonstration.

When will TC & ME's Answer Search Engine be available?
We have no set timetable for the deployment of the Answer Search Engine.

Why are there so many words and so little graphics on TC & ME's web site?
TC & ME intends our web site to be easy to use and informative.  The use of a lot of graphical images would detract from the information and just make the individual pages take longer to download.

Should I decide to purchase your, or someone else's, service based on information on the web?
Having your items digitized and written to a DVD is a very personal and important project.  TC & ME never recommends buying this service from anyone from just the information that you find online.  We highly recommend that you meet with the people offering the service and make sure that they completely understand what you want on your DVD and how you want it to be used before contracting any service.
