Ownership
TC & ME, LLC retains no rights of ownership to the DVD created for the customer or the DVD created for storage if the storage option was purchased. TC & ME, LLC retains no rights to your digital images. The customer becomes the sole owner of the delivered and/or stored DVD and his individual digital images stored on the DVD. Stored DVDs will be relinquished to the owner within a reasonable amount of time upon receipt of written request. However, TC & ME, LLC does retain the rights to all logos, images, text, and any other items used by TC & ME, LLC for instruction, identification, or advertising that are printed on or contained within any and all packaging for the DVD and the DVD itself. Additionally, TC & ME, LLC retains the rights to all project files stored on the DVD, including but not limited to the DVD authoring project files, television template files, and any other files created solely by TC & ME, LLC.
Right of Refusal
TC & ME, LLC reserves the right to refuse to work with or process any materials deemed by TC & ME, LLC to be illegal, pornographic, immoral or otherwise legally offensive. During the review of your personal items, prior to the actual processing of the items into a Digital Scrapbook, if any such items are found, TC & ME, LLC will ask you to remove these items prior to processing. If we receive any legally offensive material, you will be notified by TC & ME, LLC that the offensive material is not being processed and will be destroyed unless you make immediate arrangements to personally come and get the materials.
Because TC & ME, LLC’s number one goal is the preservation of your personal memories and because TC & ME, LLC strives to avoid any unnecessary damage to any of your original items, you may be required to take necessary steps to decrease the risk of damage to your materials. If you refuse to take such steps, TC & ME, LLC reserves the right to refuse to process your materials.
TC & ME, LLC reserves the right to refuse any work for any reason at any time.
Disclaimers
Although every effort will be made to safeguard your personal materials, both during transit and during in house processing, TC & ME, LLC may not be held liable for acts that are beyond TC & ME, LLC’s control that may result in damage to your personal materials. TC & ME, LLC may not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your personal materials during the normal Digital Scrapbook creation process.
TC & ME, LLC tries very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information on our web site. We are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.

Handling of Sensitive Documents
TC & ME, LLC will handle all sensitive documents such as original birth certificates, marriage certificates, social security cards, etc. with the utmost privacy. Please refer to the TC & ME, LLC Privacy Policy for further information.
