Your Privacy and Our Privacy Policy
We at TC & ME, LLC, Digital Archive Solutions recognize the significance of the personal nature of the scrapbooks, photos, documents, etc. that you leave in TC & ME, LLC’s care while TC & ME, LLC is creating your personal Digital Scrapbook. TC & ME, LLC also respects and realizes the significance of your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is protected and used.
TC & ME, LLC, Digital Archive Solutions guarantees that all personal items left in TC & ME, LLC’s care will remain solely in TC & ME, LLC’s possession. No part of your personal items will be available to, visible by, or shared with any person who is not an employee of TC & ME, LLC, Digital Archive Solutions. No part of your personal items will be out of TC & ME, LLC’s possession during the time that TC & ME, LLC is processing your items for creation of your personal Digital Scrapbook.
Once your personal Digital Scrapbook is created, no copies of your scanned images, the electronic DVD project, or the physical DVD will be maintained by TC & ME, LLC without your written consent. Should you choose to enter into the ongoing storage contract with TC & ME, LLC to maintain a copy of your Digital Scrapbook in secure storage, a separate agreement between TC & ME, LLC and you specifying how the copy of your Digital Scrapbook will be maintained will be entered into.
In addition to your personal scrapbooks, photos, documents, etc., and as part of normal business practices, TC & ME, LLC obtains personal information from you such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc. TC & ME, LLC uses all reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to TC & ME, LLC secure. TC & ME, LLC will not share any of this information with any other person, group, or company unless required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
· Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on TC & ME, LLC
· Identify persons who may be violating the law
· Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities.
TC & ME, LLC will not sell to any person or entity any of your scanned images or any personal information obtained from you as a part of normal business operations.
